What is the delivery time to my country?
It depends on your place of residence. The order is dispatched from our warehouse quickly, usually within 1-3 workdays. If you live in Finland, the delivery takes usually 1-2 workdays after dispatch. To other EU countries we would estimate 5-10 working days.
How much are the delivery costs?
For EU deliveries it’s 5,90€.
What is your return policy?
If you choose to cancel your order, you may do so within 14 days from when you received your order without giving any reason. To cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision by email (info@rhymetime.eu): include the order number and your address details. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the items back to our warehouse. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the transaction. In case you have chosen to pay with direct payment to our bank account, please include your bank details with the products. The returned product(s) must be unused and intact in the original package. Rhymetime cannot reimburse you for these return delivery shipping and handling charges.
What are the Methods of payment?
You may use direct payment to our bank account or choose PayPal. PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal Balance, PayPal Credit, credit card, PayPal Cards, and debit card. Depending on what payment options PayPal offers in your country, you may be able to pay by regional payment methods as well. The PayPal website will list the payment methods available in your country on the payment page.
Can my shipping and billing addresses be different?
Yes! In checkout you can choose a delivery address, other than your own home address.
